AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the WG Royal Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining, the Affiliate agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 WG Royal reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

2. Affiliate Obligations

2.1 The Affiliate shall promote WG Royal websites using approved creative materials only. Unauthorized use of marketing materials is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Affiliates must declare all traffic sources, advertising channels, and domains used in promotion. WG Royal reserves the right to audit such sources at any time.

2.3 The following traffic practices are strictly prohibited:

  • Multi-accounting, self-referrals, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or motivated/incentivized traffic.
  • Cookie stuffing, misleading tracking, or technical manipulation.
  • VPN/proxy traffic or fraudulent geo-masking.
  • Cloning, impersonating, or phishing copies of WG Royal websites.
  • Unauthorized PPC brand bidding or SEO misuse.
  • Domains in restricted zones (.ru, .kz, sanctioned countries).

2.4 Affiliates must not promote via websites or content relating to politics, religion, charities, misleading news, or illegal activities.

2.5 Email/SMS Marketing Compliance:

  • Prior explicit opt-in consent is required for all electronic marketing.
  • All messages must include sender identity and a clear unsubscribe mechanism.
  • Opt-out requests must be honored within 48 hours and records kept for 12 months.
  • Impersonation of WG Royal in communication is prohibited.

3. Commission Models & Payment

3.1 WG Royal offers the following commission models, subject to individual agreements:

  • Revenue Share – Commission based on Net Gaming Revenue (NGR).
  • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) – Fixed amount per qualifying player.
  • Hybrid – Combination of CPA and Rev Share.

3.2 Thresholds and Activity Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 active depositing players every 6 months is required to maintain commission eligibility. For the purpose of this Agreement, an Active Depositing Player shall mean a player who makes at least one real-money deposit within a calendar month.
  • If the Affiliate fails to generate at least 5 new First Time Depositors (FTDs) within any rolling 3-month period, the account may be suspended for review and commission payments withheld until compliance is restored.
  • A minimum of 2 new FTDs per calendar month is required in order to qualify for commission payout for that month. If this minimum is not met, commissions for the month will not be paid, even if carried forward.

3.3 Payment Terms:

  • Payments are made monthly, within 15 business days following the reporting period.
  • A minimum payout threshold of €200 applies. Balances below this threshold roll over to the next month.
  • Currency for payments is EUR or USD unless otherwise agreed.
  • WG Royal reserves the right to withhold payments for 30 days pending fraud verification.

3.4 Dormant Accounts:

  • Accounts with no activity for 6 months will be suspended and balances reset to zero.
  • Accounts with no login or activity for 12 months may be permanently terminated.

4. Fraud & Quality Control

4.1 WG Royal defines Fraud as, but not limited to:

  • Player bonus abuse, chargebacks, or multiple accounts.
  • Fake, low-quality, or incentivized sign-ups.
  • Misuse of keywords, unauthorized PPC bidding, or brand traffic violations.
  • Use of bots, scripts, or automated players.
  • Misleading advertising, phishing, or impersonation of WG Royal brands.

4.2 If Fraud is detected:

  • All commissions will be withheld.
  • Affiliate account may be suspended or terminated.
  • WG Royal reserves the right to claim damages and costs.

5. Suspension & Termination

5.1 WG Royal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following conditions:

  • Failure to meet minimum player thresholds (10 active depositing players in 6 months).
  • Failure to generate 5 FTDs within 3 consecutive months.
  • Failure to generate at least 2 new FTDs in any given month to qualify for payout.
  • More than 5% chargeback/refund rate.
  • Violation of advertising or domain usage rules.
  • Fraudulent traffic, phishing, or impersonation.
  • Non-compliance with GDPR/e-Privacy obligations.

5.2 Suspension Consequences:

  • Pending commissions will be frozen until the matter is resolved.
  • After 6 months of unresolved suspension, all balances are forfeited.

5.3 Immediate Termination occurs for:

  • Phishing or impersonation schemes.
  • Promotion in prohibited jurisdictions or restricted domains.
  • Serious fraud or repeated breaches.

6. Domain & Advertising Usage Policy

6.1 All domains, landing pages, and advertising channels must be pre-approved by WG Royal.

6.2 Affiliates may not:

  • Use domains resembling WG Royal brands or official websites.
  • Register or purchase brand-related keywords without written consent.
  • Use fake review sites or misleading comparative advertising.
  • Engage in spam traffic via email, SMS, or push notifications.

6.3 WG Royal monitors SEO/PPC activity and reserves the right to restrict keyword lists at any time.

7. Data Protection & Confidentiality

7.1 Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and the e-Privacy Directive.

7.2 All data collected (email, phone, cookies) must be handled with consent, securely stored, and deleted upon request.

7.3 Communication between Affiliates and WG Royal managers is strictly confidential. Disclosure of internal strategies, commissions, or correspondence will result in termination.

7.4 Affiliates must also maintain strict confidentiality over all disputes, complaints, or negotiations with WG Royal. Public disclosure, publication, or third-party sharing of such matters without WG Royal’s prior written consent is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any complaints regarding commission or Program operation must be submitted in writing to the official WG Royal Affiliate support email within 3 working days of occurrence.

8.2 WG Royal will review and respond within 20 business days.

8.3 If disputes remain unresolved after 3 months, the parties agree to submit the matter to arbitration in Anjouan under the rules of the Anjouan International Arbitration Centre (or any successor body). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

8.4 Arbitration Costs: Unless otherwise decided by the arbitral tribunal, the costs of arbitration (including arbitrators’ fees and administrative costs) shall be borne equally by both parties. Each party shall bear its own legal and representation costs, unless the tribunal decides otherwise.

8.5 Confidentiality: All arbitration proceedings, including submissions, documents, evidence, and awards, shall remain strictly confidential. Neither party may disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other, except where required by law or regulatory authority.

8.6 Only after arbitration has been concluded, unresolved matters may be referred to the courts of Anjouan.

8.7 No claims for indirect, incidental, or lost profit damages will be entertained.

9. Governing Law

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Anjouan. 9.2 Jurisdiction for any disputes lies exclusively with the courts of Anjouan, subject to prior arbitration as set out in Clause 8.

10. Final Provisions

10.1 WG Royal reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or dashboard announcement.

10.2 Participation in the Program following amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.3 WG Royal reserves the right to refuse or revoke Affiliate status at its sole discretion.
